PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We provide consultancy for Project Management and Quality Control activities in many fields, such as the manufacturing, chemical, petrochemical and Oil & Gas fields, as well as the shipbuilding industry. The services cover all the stages of a project, from order acquisition to sail-away, as we can employ experts and technicians with specific skills and qualifications for each phase, according to the needs of each custode, including support for project management and quality control, for issuance or review of quality manuals and/or operating and manufacturing procedures for construction elements, according to the ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14000, ISO 3834 and UNI EN 1090 standards, to the applicable contractual specifications etc.
Further to this, we offer study and development of welding procedures and personnel qualifications according to client’s specifications and to international codes and standards.
Since 2015 we DNV GL Examination Centre for Welders, Operators, Brazers, WPQR and BPQR and BUREAU VERITAS provider of Analysis, Examination and Testing Services according to EN, ASME and ASTM standards.
INSPECTIONS & EXPEDITING
We can perform the complete management of, and/or offer support for, a complete range of activities relating to inspection, expediting and desk-expediting in various fields, including the mechanical, electrical, electro-instrumental, naval and civil field. We also provide solid support in the planning and supervision of all the due activities during the interim and final tests to be performed within the various production processes, and we can also handle all the steps of any inspection plan, both for a single supply and a complete project, by employing highly skilled staff with specific competences and experience..
According to the internal procedures established in accordance with the ISO 9001:2015 standard, we also provide regular reports to our customers, with detailed information on the work done during the required activities. When carrying out our job, we always adopt a pro-active attitude to solve problems, to ensure that materials and equipment are delivered within the time schedule established in the contract, and reduce risks and operating costs.
TECHNOLOGICAL LABORATORY
Our Technological Laboratory for Mechanical Tests uses new advanced and state-of-the-art equipment to determine and verify the mechanical properties of metallic and non-metallic materials or on welded joints.
The accredited tests by ACCREDIA (n. 1607) according to UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025:2005 standard are: side, root and face bend tests; impact tests upd to -196°C; tensile and longitudinal tests; hardness tests; macro examinations; chemical analysis and fracture tests.
The micrographic examinations and the corrosion tests are in the process od Accreditation within 2018.
We also perform ferrite measurement, heat treatments, PMI and roughness tests.
In addition, upon request we provide specific related services, such as: collection of test coupons, non-destructive testing on test coupons, test sample machining at partner workshops we cooperate with etc.
Our team is able to define specific solutions to target and meet the specific and different needs of our Customers.
TRAINING
In two training rooms and a welding school we provide training courses with a participation certificate or a qualification issued by an internationally recognized indepedent certifying body that can be held both at our facilities and at the customers’ premises.
We also plan courses with final examination for 2nd and 3rd level NDT operators (VT, MT, PT, UT and RT methods); Welding Coordinator according to ISO 3834 and UNI EN 1090 standards; International Welding Engineer (IWE), Technologist (IWT) and Specialist (IWS); International Welding Inspector 3.1 and 3.2 CSWIP; Painting Inspector level 2 BGAS/CSWIP; NACE 13 Application Specialist; Maintenance Personnel according to UNI EN 15628; Expediters; Quality System Auditors according to ISO 9001:2015.
Upon specific request and with qualified personnel we organize lectures on Coating, Material Traceability, Graphic Signs Interpretation, Materials Properties and Mechanical Tests as well as on the interpretation of the standard EN regulations and/or international codes such as ASME, AWS, EEMUA, API etc.
