engineering and below are listed some of the areas in which we mainly operate:
Engineering and Project Management
Our personnel can support our Clients in different activities such as Project Manager, Project Engineer, Construction Manager, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Welding Engineer, Technologist, Supervisor, Inspector according to specific needs and requirements.
Welding Enginnering
Study and development of welding procedures with activities carried out by qualified technicians and certified International Welding Engineer , Technologist and Inspector which include:
- contractual specifications analysis;
- study of the assembly sequence and optimization of the welding preparations according to the welding procedures;
- development of welding procedures and welders’ qualifications;
- metallurgical analysis for various types of metals and study of problems arised during the operating phase;
- drafting of welding specifications and issuance of welding dossier according to the required standards
Certification
In collaboration with internationally recognized certifying bodies certificates may be issued for welding procedures and welders’ qualifications according to national and International standards (UNI EN ISO, ASME Code, AWS Code, API Standard, EEMUA Code, DNV rules, PD 5500, etc.). This service can be performed also with both NDTs and Mechanical tests as per the required specifications in order to support our Clients during all the qualifications stages. Since 2015 we are DNV GL Examination Centre for Welders, Operators, Brazers, WPQR and BPQR qualifications.
Non Destructive Tests
In the construction industry, both at construction sites and in workshops, we can provide the following services through our inspectors and operators with level II and III certification, in accordance with the ISO 9712 and SNT TC-1A standards:
- study, preparation and issuance of non-destructive testing procedures for all the methods;
- approval of NDE procedures;
- welded joints inspection accordint to the various applicable control methods;
- training of non-destructive testing personnel.
Coating and Painting
We can provide the following services through our NACE or FROSIO certified inspectors of Level I, II and III:
- study, preparation and approval of procedures for painting and coating;
- inspections during the various stages of coatings and painting application;
- training of the personnel in charge of performing inspections on painting and coatings.
